Pantone announced its color of the year for 2017. After the soft periwinkle and blush of last year, Pantone has stepped it up a notch with Greenery, a vibrant yellow-green that "evokes the first days of spring when nature’s greens revive, restore and renew."
This zesty shade of green brings to mind the green of fresh plant life and of sunshine through the treetops. It stands for the warmth and beauty of plants and life, and we can get behind anything with plants involved!
In honor of the color of the year, here's a selection from a blog post from the archives on using foliage instead of flowers.
